Call for Papers on the 24th ICDE World Conference

The 24th World Conference of International Council on Distance Education (ICDE) comes up from October 2-5, 2011, in Bali, Indonesia.
The confab would focus on issues from organising distance education to the role of Open Distance Learning (ODL) in building the knowledge-based society.
TB quotes ICDE website as saying that the Conference would provide a forum for sharing ideas on redefining the role and strategies of ODL in promoting cross-nation human capacity building.
